Pro elite will be closed from May 9, 2013 until May 20, 2013 while moving to its new location.
Pro-Elite Training Center & Fitness is the premier place to learn boxing, kick boxing, brazilian jiu jitsu, muay thai kickboxing, krav maga, and sports conditioning in all of Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
Pro Elite is located in Sandwich, MA which is in Cape Cod. It features top instructors from the New England area and offers a flexible training schedule. Scott Rehm is the Director and head instructor of Pro Elite Training Center and Fitness. He teaches the boxing, muay thai, kickboxing and conditioning classes. Pro Elite has been around since 2009 and has continued to grow its student base each year. Pro Elite has been a training facility for UFC fighter, Jorge “El Conquistador” Rivera, and hosted Brazilian Jiu Jitsu seminars by world champion black belt Carlos Machado and Tim Burrill.
Pro Elite boasts a high quality training facility. It is located in a shopping strip at 331 Cotuit Rd in Sandwich, MA (Cape Cod). The facility has quality swain mats on the floor and mats on the wall. There are 8 muay thai kicking bags as well as 4 heavy bags hanging from the ceiling. The training center is clean, has men and women’s restrooms and an office. There is plenty of space for changing and storing a change of clothes.
There are classes at Pro Elite’s Cape Cod location 6 days a week from Monday through Saturday. The classes are in Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, and Conditioning. The classes are detailed, fun and follow a high quality curriculum.
Scott Rehm is the director and head instructor at Pro Elite. He teaches most of the muay thai, krav maga, boxing and conditioning classes. Scott has been a pro mma fighter for several years and recently scored a knock out win over Cape Cod rival Pat Shultz. Bobby Flynn finished his amateur career with just one loss and has recently gotten off to a great start to his professional career with a win by submission. Daymon Smith is a 2nd degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Tim Burrill. He’s been studying BJJ for 12 years and has enjoyed a tremendous amount of success in competition.
